Help the elders who were stolen their money from their wife/husband before they passed away

I have met and encountered so many elders from whom their money were stolen by their wife/husband before they died. Of course this were not their wishes. Also there were so many co-crimino such as the "Home for the elders etc.". After their money and houses were stolen through co-crimino "Layers", "Banks", "Home for the elders", they were thrown to the streets. Help , help for those elders before they passed away. I hope to
establish "The society help for the helpless elders whom were stolen money & properties from their relatives"
